All employees and sub-contractors have current WorkCover accreditation and licensing. Ladex proactively aim to minimise the impact that construction works have on the environment by implementation of a Waste Management Strategy and Environmental Management Plan. Competitive Pricing

Competitive pricing is one of four major pricing strategies in our company. Other options include cost-plus pricing, where a set profit margin is added to the total cost of a product -- including materials, labour and overhead. Markup pricing is where a percentage is added to the wholesale cost of a product. Demand pricing is determined by establishing the optimal relationship between profit and volume; a smaller per-unit profit is acceptable if volume is increased significantly.

We have a plumbing staff experienced in all aspects of hydraulic work in both the civil and construction sectors. We use late model equipment which is well maintained.
